Biography

Henry A. Perles is a member of the Kleban & Samor Real Estate, Financial Services and Banking Practice Group.  A specialist in commercial real estate, Mr. Perles' practice covers all aspects of the purchase, sale, financing, development and leasing of real estate. Mr. Perles is also active in the firm's family law practice.

Mr. Perles graduated cum laude from Amherst College, and received his law degree from The Fordham University School of Law.

Mr. Perles is admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York and before the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the American, Connecticut and Greater Bridgeport Bar Associations, and the Real Property sections of the American and Connecticut Bar Associations.

Mr. Perles has served as Class President at Amherst College where he has also served as Class Agent and Reunion Chair. Mr. Perles also served as Chair of the Housatonic Community College Foundation Museum Advisory Committee and a member of the Foundation's Board of Directors. He has served as Chair and member of the Steering Committee of the Colgate University Society of Families and has been actively involved in fund-raising efforts for The Hopkins School, New Haven.
